Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and components.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s API tools and integrations.
  • Build and optimize backend services to ensure reliable communication between systems and workflows.
  • Develop, improve, and automate business workflows to reduce manual work.
  • Design and implement interactive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate frontend requirements into working solutions.
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, to improve functionality.
  • Recommend and test tools, frameworks, and processes that improve engineering efficiency.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams on technical initiatives.
  • Document updates, deployments, and technical learnings as part of day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Strong interest and competency in backend, frontend, and API orchestration.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Familiarity with API tools and integration concepts.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Flask, Selenium, Playwright, or Node.js; experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work legally in the United States.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Experience with API development and automation is preferred.
  • Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and backend system optimization is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-driven technologies or tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-moving engineering teams is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to suggest, test, and implement new tools or processes is preferred.
