Description

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Own campaign performance from planning through scaling across multiple accounts.
  • Manage monthly Meta ad budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+.
  • Develop high-converting campaign concepts, hooks, messaging, and ad copy.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content creators.
  • Lead creative strategy across static ads, UGC-style videos, video scripts, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Monitor daily performance and analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and landing pages to improve results.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and leadership on growth initiatives, offers, funnels, and campaign priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Proven experience managing at least $10,000 per month in Meta ad spend.
  • Experience managing 5 or more advertising accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting and messaging abilities.
  • Ability to identify and scale winning creatives.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable remote work environment with high-speed internet.
  • Experience managing $100K–$250K+ monthly advertising budgets is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy is preferred.
  • Experience producing or managing UGC advertising campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to brief creators, editors, and designers effectively is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI creative generation tools, and creative automation platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Previous experience in agencies or high-growth marketing teams is preferred.
