Description

  • Own the full go-to-market strategy and execution for two B2B SaaS product launches.
  • Build launch plans covering positioning, messaging, campaigns, distribution, and user acquisition.
  • Personally execute launch initiatives and iterate on them based on feedback and performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and engage beta users to support early adoption and product feedback.
  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging that communicates pain points, value propositions, and differentiation.
  • Build launch assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, onboarding sequences, and other launch materials.
  • Support demand generation and early growth initiatives through outreach and launch campaigns.
  • Document GTM learnings, workflows, performance insights, and repeatable launch playbooks.
  • Coordinate with leadership, stakeholders, and partners to execute launches successfully.
  • Analyze user feedback and campaign performance to improve future launches and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or GTM strategy.
  • Proven experience as an early GTM hire, ideally employee #1–5.
  • Experience leading at least one successful SaaS product launch end to end.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging ability.
  • Experience managing outreach campaigns and launch execution.
  • Experience building scalable systems and processes.
  • Comfort working independently in a startup environment with high ownership and limited structure.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically and moving quickly.
  • Nice to have: experience in early-stage B2B SaaS startups.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with product-led growth, beta testing programs, and founder-led marketing.
  • Nice to have: experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, landing page builders, and email platforms.
