Description

  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to inform product decisions.
  • Create user flows, personas, and journey maps for product discovery and experience planning.
  • Design wireframes, clickable prototypes, and responsive layouts in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Develop polished UI designs for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Build and maintain reusable design system components, typography systems, and color systems.
  • Design with usability and accessibility in mind, including WCAG standards and responsive behavior across devices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Support design handoff using tools such as Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, and InVision.
  • Improve workflows and product experiences based on testing, user feedback, and research insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craftsmanship.
  • Experience with user flows, prototypes, and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours in a fully remote, full-time position.
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, consumer applications, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics and A/B testing is preferred.
  • Experience scaling design systems is preferred.
