Description

Maintain accurate financial records, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Manage reconciliations across banking, transactions, and inventory-related financial activity.
Track and report on key business KPIs and financial performance metrics.
Monitor cash flow and identify financial risks, errors, or inconsistencies.
Support and optimize ERP and financial systems, including Zoho or similar platforms.
Improve financial workflows, reporting structures, internal controls, SOPs, and operational processes.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across financial and operational systems.
Support inventory tracking, order coordination, and operational follow-through.
Provide guidance to junior operations and finance team members and review outputs for accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and communicate professionally with customers regarding payments or operational matters.

Requirements

Strong accounting or finance background.
CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience owning financial reporting and reconciliations.
Strong understanding of cash flow management, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience working with ERP or financial systems.
Experience in inventory-based, e-commerce, or distribution businesses preferred.
Familiarity with Zoho ERP or similar platforms preferred.
Experience improving workflows, SOPs, or operational systems preferred.
Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency preferred.
