Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships through regular communication.
  • Develop Local SEO strategies aligned with each client’s business goals.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve visibility in Google Search and Google Maps.
  • Manage citation building and citation cleanup to maintain NAP consistency across directories.
  • Monitor online reviews, reputation management, rankings, profile engagement, and local visibility.
  • Prepare monthly reports and present performance insights and recommendations during client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and support strategic accounts.
  • Use Local SEO tools and internal reporting platforms to monitor performance and improve workflows.
  • Stay current with Google Business Profile updates, algorithm changes, and Local SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Local SEO campaigns or Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP).
  • Strong knowledge of Local SEO, including local ranking factors, Google Maps optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, review management, and local keyword optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing and presenting client performance reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Comfortable meeting directly with U.S.-based clients.
  • Previous agency or white-label marketing experience (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, Moz Local, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (nice to have).
  • Experience evaluating and implementing digital marketing tools (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of broader SEO best practices (nice to have).
