Description

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective students in English and Spanish.
  • Follow up with warm leads by phone, email, and text until they reach a final decision.
  • Assess student goals and recommend appropriate training programs.
  • Explain program details, schedules, start dates, tuition, funding options, and enrollment requirements.
  • Handle objections, create urgency, and close enrollments whenever possible during the initial call.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure qualified leads receive timely responses.
  • Record customer interactions, lead details, and enrollment status accurately in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, telesales, or a similar phone-based sales role.
  • Proven experience closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
  • Comfort working toward sales and enrollment targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
  • Previous admissions or student enrollment experience preferred.
  • Experience selling education, training programs, healthcare services, or other consultative products preferred.
  • Experience with Dialpad or similar VoIP systems and familiarity with vocational, trade school, or higher-education environments preferred.
