Description

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate service or solution.
  • Guide conversations toward booked appointments using scripts and structured call flows.
  • Explain membership plans and identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Accurately book service appointments and maintain scheduling efficiency.
  • Log calls, bookings, notes, and customer details in CRM systems.
  • Handle objections, concerns, and frustrated customers while de-escalating professionally.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and offshore team members to support smooth service delivery.
  • Share feedback to improve scripts, tools, workflows, and performance.
  • Maintain consistent customer experience, CRM accuracy, and call quality across shifts.

Requirements

  • Experience in inbound sales, call center sales, or customer service with conversion targets.
  • Proven ability to convert inbound calls into bookings.
  • Strong objection handling and upselling skills.
  • Clear, professional English communication.
  • Experience using CRM or call management tools.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, call-heavy environments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and open to feedback.
  • Experience in home services such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical is preferred.
  • Familiarity with field service tools such as ServiceTitan is preferred.
  • Membership or subscription sales experience is preferred.
