Description

  • Design high-converting marketing assets such as paid ad creatives, social media graphics, display banners, email graphics, and promotional visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and translate campaign messaging into compelling visual creative.
  • Design modern, responsive landing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
  • Build and launch landing pages using Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Optimize page layouts, user flows, forms, calls-to-action, and visual hierarchy to increase conversions.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Continuously improve landing pages based on user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, leadership, and campaign stakeholders on creative execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently from design through production.
  • Update and optimize existing landing pages and marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with one or more design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating landing pages, paid advertising creatives, digital marketing assets, and conversion-focused design.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, visual hierarchy, and user behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar landing page builders.
  • Ability to independently design, build, launch, and optimize landing pages.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Nice-to-have experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media environments.
  • Nice-to-have knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and SEO best practices.
  • Nice-to-have basic front-end skills in HTML, CSS, React, or Next.js.
  • Nice-to-have familiarity with Git/GitHub, advanced prototyping, or motion graphics/animation.
