Description

  • Build and deploy internal tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and workflow automation using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking, attribution, deduplication, and offline conversion syncing.
  • Develop data pipelines connecting advertising platforms, backend systems, CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Close, and HubSpot across lead capture, routing, follow-up, pipeline, and conversion tracking.
  • Build API- and webhook-based automations that synchronize CRM outcomes with advertising platforms.
  • Integrate AI into marketing workflows including ad copy, creative generation, lead scoring, qualification, campaign analysis, and reporting.
  • Work with media buyers and leadership to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on production systems.
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, campaign reporting, lead visibility, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, and Python.
  • Experience building and deploying production applications or internal tools.
  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, or ad-tech environments.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API, including event tracking, deduplication, and attribution.
  • Experience building marketing dashboards or reporting systems.
  • Hands-on CRM integration experience with GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience automating lead capture, routing, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
  • Active use of AI tools and experience integrating AI platforms such as OpenAI; experience with Zapier, Make, marketing data pipelines, or server-side tracking is preferred.
