Description

  • Write long-form and short-form content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages.
  • Produce copy for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, tone, and marketing objectives.
  • Research keywords and apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and ranking.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search intent and performance.
  • Update existing content to keep it fresh, relevant, and effective.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends.
  • Interview subject matter experts and translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy.
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, accuracy, and originality.
  • Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with campaigns and visuals.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while preserving brand integrity.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics and recommend improvements for engagement, conversions, and SEO.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing content across multiple formats, such as blogs, web copy, ads, and collateral.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong research and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a remote, U.S. client business-hours schedule.
  • Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope (preferred).
  • Experience writing conversion-focused copy, including ads, landing pages, and email sequences (preferred).
  • Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Strong storytelling ability with a persuasive, audience-aware writing style.
