Description

  • Design high-converting B2B static ad creatives for LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Display Network.
  • Translate messaging, ICP insights, and campaign strategy into clear, scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Create multiple creative variations across headlines, layouts, CTAs, and ad sizes/formats.
  • Turn ICP insights into creative direction and apply B2B buyer psychology to ad design.
  • Support A/B testing by iterating creatives based on performance data and campaign feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams on campaign goals, messaging frameworks, and funnel stages.
  • Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming and improve assets based on results.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while building reusable templates, creative systems, and asset libraries.
  • Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and ChatGPT to speed up ideation, concept creation, and iteration.
  • Prepare creatives for launch across platforms and keep brand quality consistent across campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing B2B ad creatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing LinkedIn ads, Meta ads, and display creatives.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or strong proficiency in Canva.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative workflows.
  • Experience with performance marketing teams is preferred.
  • Experience supporting demand generation campaigns is preferred.
  • Understanding of CTR, CPC, and conversion rates is preferred.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or Notion is preferred.
