Description

  • Build and improve AI workflows, prompt systems, custom automations, and internal AI tooling.
  • Research, test, and adopt new AI tools as they launch.
  • Manage company social channels and draft leadership LinkedIn content using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build and maintain content calendars and turn podcast transcripts into social posts, clips, hooks, and thought-leadership content.
  • Support podcast recordings, audio and video editing, publishing, show notes, and promotional assets.
  • Own cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including lead generation workflows and outreach optimization.
  • Support domain setup, warm-up, lead databases, and other email outreach infrastructure.
  • Update AI-built websites and landing pages, and design creative assets such as postcards, signage, sales collateral, conference materials, and pitch decks.
  • Build newsletters, nurture sequences, sales follow-ups, client communications, and other funnel messaging.
  • Coordinate conferences and webinars, including registrations, travel logistics, sponsorship deadlines, vendors, agendas, and presentation materials.
  • Handle light technical operations such as DNS updates, config adjustments, basic commits, and troubleshooting across tools like GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare.
  • Support leadership with high-priority execution tasks across marketing and operations.

Requirements

  • Strong daily experience using Claude, AI copilots, AI workflow tools, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent written English and copywriting ability.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Comfort with dashboards, technical tools, and AI systems.
  • Experience with social media, content workflows, and marketing coordination.
  • Reliable remote setup and internet connection.
  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
  • Full-time contractor availability.
  • Podcast editing or production experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, and LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
  • Canva or AI-assisted design experience is preferred.
  • Email marketing platform experience is preferred.
  • Amazon KDP or self-publishing exposure is preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare, aesthetics, or elective medical industries is preferred.
