Description

  • Advise leaders, teams, and the organization on strategic social media use to strengthen corporate reputation and executive visibility.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Create compelling content that tells the PatientPoint story and engages healthcare professionals, industry partners, patients, and prospective talent.
  • Design and execute executive visibility and thought leadership strategies for PatientPoint leaders.
  • Establish and enforce social media governance, best practices, playbooks, and guidelines.
  • Lead social media campaigns supporting product launches, industry events, thought leadership, and employer brand initiatives.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community while managing reputation and proactively addressing risks.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to align external communications.
  • Oversee external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Monitor industry and platform trends and advise leadership on emerging digital opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or corporate communications, ideally in healthcare, B2B, or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to independently design and deliver enterprise-level social media strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business leaders.
  • Strong writing and content creation expertise across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies to measure impact and refine strategy.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks and managing high-stakes corporate and executive profiles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
