Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with digital diagnostics customers and serve as the primary contact during technical implementation.
  • Provide hands-on technical implementation support in coordination with customer IT and internal development teams.
  • Manage implementation tasks, including schedule updates, risk and issue resolution, and regular customer communication.
  • Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for the support team.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for client support escalation.
  • Work with an international customer base across an English-speaking internal organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing SaaS implementation role.
  • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating successful resolutions.
  • Experience working in an international organization where English is the main internal language.
  • Strong understanding of the business and products, with the ability to research and self-start when learning new areas.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Czech, Slovak, or Polish.
  • Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with market-leading laboratory information systems is preferred.
  • Ability to travel less than 20%.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
