Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with European digital diagnostics customers as the primary technical contact during implementation.
  • Provide hands-on technical implementation support in coordination with customer IT and internal development teams.
  • Manage implementation project tasks, schedules, risk/issue resolution, and regular customer communications.
  • Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for the support team.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for customer support.
  • Work with anatomic pathology labs, academic medical centers, and hospital systems throughout the implementation phase.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing SaaS implementation role.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Fluency in at least one additional language: Spanish, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Czech, Slovak, or Polish.
  • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating successful resolutions.
  • Experience working in an international organization with English as the main internal language.
  • Strong understanding of the business and products, with the ability to research and self-start in areas requiring learning.
  • Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with market-leading laboratory information systems is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
