Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with digital diagnostics customers as the primary technical point of contact during implementation.
  • Provide hands-on technical implementation support in coordination with customer IT teams and internal development teams.
  • Manage implementation project tasks, including schedule updates, risk and issue resolution, and regular customer communication.
  • Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for the support team, including participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
  • Based in Brazil.
  • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating successful resolutions.
  • Strong understanding of the business and products, with the ability to research and self-start in unfamiliar areas.
  • Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and hands-on experience with laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millennium is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time, primarily within Brazil and occasionally to the US.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
