Description

  • Develop and deploy behavioral cloning, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models for complex robotic tasks.
  • Use multi-modal data such as images, force, and torque to improve robotic manipulation and control.
  • Design and implement vision-language-action models for more intelligent robotic systems.
  • Develop strategies across the full solution lifecycle, including data collection, fleet learning, and continuous learning.
  • Build, optimize, and deploy learning-based methods for robot control and object manipulation on industrial robotic cells.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate manipulation, control, and planning algorithms into robotic platforms.
  • Stay current on advancements in robotics, control theory, and planning algorithms.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of publishing at top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CoRL, or RLC.
  • Experience with robotic simulation tools such as Isaac Sim or MuJoCo.
  • Experience applying machine learning techniques to robot manipulation.
  • Experience building models from scratch and deploying them in real-world applications.
  • Experience with pose estimation, segmentation, active perception, and affordance-based bin picking.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ or Python.
  • Experience deploying scalable solutions for autonomous robotic systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
