Description

  • Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plan.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and market expansion.
  • Evaluate cybersecurity threats, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to guide business strategy.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions.
  • Lead product and technology strategy across SIEM, NDR, XDR, threat hunting, threat intelligence, digital forensics, security analytics, and SOC offerings.
  • Support customers operating in cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
  • Lead global sales, customer success, channels, alliances, and professional services organizations.
  • Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security operations leaders, government agencies, defense organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Establish performance metrics, accountability, and operational efficiency across global teams.
  • Represent the company at conferences, customer events, analyst briefings, and executive forums.
  • Support strategic partnerships, acquisitions, integrations, and other corporate initiatives.
  • Provide leadership during major cybersecurity incidents, market disruptions, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and hardware technology organizations.
  • Prior senior executive experience with significant P&L responsibility.
  • Proven success leading cybersecurity organizations serving enterprise and government customers.
  • Deep understanding of security operations, SIEM platforms, NDR, threat detection and response, threat intelligence, incident response, digital forensics, security analytics, and XDR platforms.
  • Significant experience supporting and commercializing on-premises cybersecurity platforms in regulated, sovereign, classified, and air-gapped environments.
  • Experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises, government agencies, defense organizations, and critical infrastructure operators.
  • Understanding of software, hardware, and appliance-based cybersecurity businesses, including supply chain management and hardware lifecycle support.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue, improve profitability, and lead organizational transformation.
  • Experience managing global organizations and distributed teams.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage effectively with customers, analysts, investors, and employees.
