Description

  • Review daily opportunities from SAM.gov, agency portals, and internal scoring tools and recommend bid, no-bid, or watch decisions.
  • Build and continuously improve AI-driven workflows, prompts, templates, and content libraries for proposal development.
  • Create compliance matrices that map solicitation instructions, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements to response sections.
  • Draft, edit, and assemble proposal narratives and volumes within required page limits, formatting rules, and file naming conventions.
  • Verify all claims against approved sources and remove or flag anything unverified before submission.
  • Prepare submission packages, run checklists, maintain SAM.gov and portal registrations, and complete required certifications and representations.
  • Record receipt of submitted responses and coordinate the final send process with leadership.

Requirements

  • Aggressive, demonstrated use of AI tooling on real work, with evidence of what you built and improved.
  • Judgment to identify where AI output cannot be trusted and discipline to fact-check it.
  • Clear, correct, and organized writing under deadline pressure.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in proposal coordination, contracts administration, bids and tenders, or technical writing, or a strong new graduate who meets the AI and writing standards.
  • Precision with instructions, including page limits, fonts, file naming, and deadlines.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Exposure to Federal procurement tools or processes such as SAM.gov, sources sought notices, requests for information, GSA schedules, or NASA SEWP (preferred).
  • Experience in a proposal shop, contracts office, or university grants office (preferred).
  • Scripting or automation experience, such as Python, for document assembly or AI workflows (preferred).
  • Technical background sufficient to evaluate whether a technical volume answers the question asked (preferred).
  • Familiarity with compliance matrices, capture processes, or color team reviews (preferred).
