Description

  • Source and recruit high-quality UGC creators across multiple platforms.
  • Post creator opportunities and maintain consistent talent sourcing.
  • Communicate with creators and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Evaluate creators and content, filtering out low-quality candidates.
  • Select creators that fit the brand and paid-ad requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end UGC content pipeline from outreach through final delivery.
  • Keep creator communications, content, and deliverables organized.

Requirements

  • Experience in UGC, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management.
  • Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Understanding of what makes creator content effective in paid advertising.
  • Experience managing creators with a focus on content performance and ad results.
  • Comfort with high-volume creator outreach and sourcing.
  • Ability to assess creators and reject weak or low-quality candidates.
  • Strong pipeline and project management skills from outreach through content delivery.
  • Experience ensuring creator deliverables are completed on time.
