Description

  • Build and manage a roster of creators you are passionate about representing.
  • Discover, develop, and grow creator talent into long-term clients.
  • Develop long-term career strategies for represented creators.
  • Work toward sales goals and grow commercial opportunities for talent.
  • Review and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with account managers, content strategists, publicists, and events and touring specialists to support creator success.
  • Build and maintain relationships across brands, agencies, creators, and entertainment partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, PR, brand partnerships, or a related field.
  • An existing network across brands, agencies, creators, or entertainment.
  • Strong commercial instincts and motivation to work against sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture.
  • Experience reviewing or negotiating contracts.
  • Passion for creators and talent management.
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven, coachable, and eager to grow.
