Description

  • Build and manage creator rosters for assigned post-sale campaigns using campaign criteria and CSM guidance.
  • Execute daily campaign operations according to SOPs and playbooks, managing approximately 20–30 campaigns per month at full ramp.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign and creator data across the CRM and internal tools.
  • Communicate with creators through the platform and Zendesk using clear, empathetic responses and approved templates.
  • Identify, document, and escalate campaign or creator issues appropriately.
  • Analyze recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with CSMs, Product, Finance, and RevOps on rostering and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or high-volume task management, such as agency, talent coordination, or account management work.
  • Baseline proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, filtering, and data organization.
  • Clear and prompt written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with CRM and support-desk tools; Zendesk experience is preferred but not required.
  • Problem-solving ability, initiative, and a willingness to improve foundational processes.
  • Understanding of creator economy fundamentals and ability to assess creator-brand fit.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, and comfort working with evolving processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in asynchronous and remote environments while communicating blockers clearly.
  • Bias toward action, receptiveness to feedback, resilience, and a team-first approach.
