Description

  • Publish Packt products on the website according to planned timelines.
  • Distribute books, videos, and courses to channel partners in line with SLA requirements.
  • Maintain strong working relationships through effective collaboration with team members.
  • Train team members on new and existing clients, processes, and best practices.
  • Update and maintain distribution guidelines and workflow documentation.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance in assigned tasks.
  • Monitor product availability across distributed platforms and keep systems updated with accurate data.
  • Adapt to system changes and new processes proactively.
  • Handle multiple requests from different channels and prioritize work effectively.
  • Research relevant topics to support knowledge building and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
  • Upbeat, enthusiastic, motivated, and calm under pressure.
  • Must have experience or familiarity with SCORM and LMS.
  • Must have experience with API and system integration.
  • Must have quality assurance and compliance knowledge.
  • Must have stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have project management, metadata management, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Publishing workflows, adaptability, innovation, and leadership skills are preferred.
