Description

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM to meet business needs.
  • Create UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement complex workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC.
  • Design custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
  • Oversee update sets, platform upgrades, and patches while minimizing disruption to service.
  • Maintain documentation for technical configurations, process flows, and system procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript for client-side and server-side ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.
  • Experience designing and building Scripted REST APIs within scoped ServiceNow applications.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Based in Latin America and available during Argentina or EST business hours.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders are a plus.
