Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to increase search visibility and generate organic leads.
  • Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities, and guide content creators.
  • Develop and implement a high-quality backlink-building strategy.
  • Oversee technical SEO health and site optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to improve the website.
  • Work with the data team to refine reporting and generate insights.
  • Stay current on industry trends and AI optimization opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and present SEO performance changes in an automated way.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO.
  • 1+ year of experience leading a team.
  • Proven record of driving measurable organic growth and contributing to business goals.
  • Experience owning SEO projects from planning through execution and results.
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Strong ownership mindset and drive for results.
  • Ability to track and present changes in an automated way.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English.
