Description

  • Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts using PowerPoint.
  • Create, preflight, and deliver high-resolution production files for print and fabrication projects.
  • Download, upscale, resize, and format artwork for production-ready delivery.
  • Adjust and match colors to ensure color accuracy across deliverables.
  • Refine and output print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Coordinate with design, print, and production teams to move projects from concept to completion.
  • Enforce quality control standards across all deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation, file systems, and version control.
  • Produce files for non-paper materials such as canvas, vinyl, acrylic, and other fabrication media.
  • Support image recreations, custom mural creation, ADA signage, and AI-assisted asset generation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic production and/or design coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience with large-format production workflows and hardware, including roll-to-roll and flatbed printing, CNC routing/cutting, and laser cutting.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint.
  • A portfolio demonstrating large-format and production-ready design work.
  • Familiarity with ADA/braille signage software.
  • Experience with SketchUp or similar CAD/3D modeling tools.
  • Deep understanding of print specifications, prepress, file preparation, and layout best practices for production deliverables.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Preferred: experience using AI-assisted asset generation tools in a production design workflow.
  • Preferred: strong visual composition and color matching/correction skills.
  • Preferred: exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Preferred: strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Preferred: comfort working in a technical, detail-focused production environment.
  • Preferred: interest in long-term growth and collaboration.
  • Preferred: availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
  • Preferred: reliable remote-work setup with appropriate equipment, stable power with backup, and reliable internet with backup.
