Description

  • Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance for renewals, refinances, and other client or lender requests.
  • Communicate with banks, lenders, and clients to clarify requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Review insurance policies to verify coverages, limits, endorsements, and compliance with lender specifications.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in insurance, specifically with commercial insurance certificates.
  • Experience in Commercial Insurance related to certificates, policy documentation, or compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a C1 Advanced level or higher.
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, coverages, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with very strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Applied Epic System or other insurance management software is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
