Description

  • Lead quarterly go-to-market launch activities for Platform Services, including complex and high-stakes offerings.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform and serve as a subject matter expert on the product and customer use cases.
  • Create strategic go-to-market plans for each release and execute them in partnership with Product Management, Partners, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Post-Sales teams.
  • Develop value propositions, product positioning, messaging, and launch content that supports Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams.
  • Liaise with the Partner team to identify strategic integration and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to articulate differentiators and identify gaps across Outreach platform features and integrations.
  • Build a strong bill of materials for each release to support go-to-market efforts beyond Product Marketing.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, and PR/AR materials.
  • Provide customer feedback and recommendations to Product and leadership on roadmap needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise platform software experience in a highly technical product area involving governance, interoperability, security, and integration.
  • Proven experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong product marketing experience creating messaging, positioning, market enablement, customer presentations, event presentations, product launches, and content.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment using a data-informed perspective.
  • Ability to create clear, compelling value-based storytelling for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working across teams and collaborating effectively without direct authority.
  • Comfort with digging into details while also understanding the bigger picture.
  • Ability to move quickly, learn on the job, and adapt to change.
  • Experience gathering customer feedback and translating it into product roadmap recommendations.
  • Preferred location within the US; remote within the US or hybrid in Atlanta, with Central and East Coast preferred.
