Description

  • Maintain existing and incoming provider demographic information to ensure data accuracy and network quality.
  • Process provider and facility rosters, reformat data, and support updates to provider records.
  • Manage ingestion of provider data while meeting service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Communicate with providers by email to confirm request completion, gather missing information, and handle follow-up inquiries.
  • Triaging, remediating, and escalating provider data requests in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify and monitor recurring provider issues and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes.
  • Build training materials, update workflows, and support coaching efforts for team leads or subject matter experts.
  • Develop initial root cause analyses and reports to support business decisions.
  • Support quality assurance standards, corrective actions, and communication with other departments on improvements.
  • Manage queue work and assigned caseloads while maintaining data integrity across internal and external systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in healthcare provider data management.
  • 2+ years of intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • 1+ year of experience assessing end-to-end process impact.
  • 2+ years of strong quantitative or analytical experience focused on proactively identifying or solving problems.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar operations certification (preferred).
  • 1 year of entry-level proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, or a similar database language (preferred).
  • Prior work experience in tech and/or healthcare (preferred).
  • Experience using a credentialing or provider data repository (preferred).
  • Experience working with large datasets, including data verification, data management, or data modeling (preferred).
  • Experience with healthcare data such as provider and/or claims data (preferred).
