Description

  • Develop a framework and metrics for understanding provider experience and its impact on Oscar's network.
  • Serve as the internal and external advocate and voice for the provider experience.
  • Define and shape Oscar's Provider Experience strategy and collaborate with leaders to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities and roadmap items.
  • Lead execution of multiple simultaneous, high-visibility strategic projects and partner with cross-functional leaders to operationalize recommendations.
  • Foster relationships with subject matter experts and functional leaders to surface provider problems and drive alignment around a broader strategic vision.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering measurable impact.
  • Leverage data to generate insights, conduct root cause analysis, and perform ROI assessments.
  • Maintain deep healthcare market and provider experience industry knowledge, monitoring vendor innovation, regulatory changes, and competitor models.
  • Effectively communicate goals and findings and drive organizational change management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to provider experience work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience.
  • 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic role within the healthcare industry.
  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience defining and deploying company-level strategies.
  • Residency in Atlanta, Georgia (role is remote for candidates in that location) and willingness to adapt to potential future hybrid work models.
  • Master's degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or a related field (preferred).
