Description

Review, draft, and negotiate complex health insurance agreements, including pharmacy benefit management and utilization management agreements.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements such as software licenses, master service agreements, NDAs, and BAAs.
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to the Procurement team and business partners.
Serve as a company resource for contract-related questions, processes, and guidance.
Improve and implement vendor contracting processes, including templates and contract management workflows.
Assess and implement AI tools into contract management workflows.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
At least 10 years of relevant experience as a contract attorney in the healthcare industry.
Experience as a contracting attorney handling a variety of complex health industry contracts.
Experience and understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and contract interpretation.
Experience with contract management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a dynamic team player.
Experience implementing AI tools in vendor contracting processes (preferred).

Remote work position for candidates residing in Atlanta, GA.
Base salary of $178,848 to $234,738 per year.
