Description

Develop a strong understanding of credentialing processes, procedures, and tools.
Interact daily with providers and internal Oscar teams based on assignment needs.
Manage an assigned caseload while meeting service, productivity, and quality expectations.
Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify issues and support leadership through established escalation pathways.
Monitor and track the status of assigned work-in-progress issues.
Escalate and resolve issues to meet turnaround time requirements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and PHI-related standards.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to the role.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, volume-based, or customer service-oriented environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
Strong quantitative or analytical skills for proactively identifying or solving problems (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of health insurance (preferred).
Credentialing or provider-facing experience (preferred).
Experience accurately manipulating and entering data in a production-driven environment (preferred).
Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office skills, or willingness to learn (preferred).

Benefits

Base pay of $19 per hour.
Monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.
