Description

  • Build and manage the Clinical leadership team’s operating schedule, including meetings, planning cycles, and priority reviews.
  • Create mechanisms to track priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across the Clinical organization.
  • Develop executive reporting on organizational performance, priorities, and emerging risks.
  • Lead annual and ongoing organizational planning, translating priorities into goals, success measures, timelines, and ownership.
  • Support budget planning, resource tracking, and financial coordination with Finance and other partners.
  • Lead selected Chief Health Officer Office and Clinical leadership priorities from planning through execution.
  • Improve workflows, decision-making processes, and operating mechanisms across the Clinical organization.
  • Synthesize complex cross-functional information into recommendations and actions for senior leadership.
  • Build cross-functional relationships, surface dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
  • Develop direct reports and support colleagues’ professional growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Experience creating frameworks in fluid environments, managing competing priorities, and driving end-to-end accountability.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting an executive or leadership team in a complex organization preferred.
  • Healthcare, health insurance, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with organizational planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and executive dashboards preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Slides preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely while residing in Dallas, Texas.

  • Base salary of $134,136–$176,054 per year.
