Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across teams.
  • Evaluate departmental performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Build, maintain, and improve KPI dashboards and related reporting tools.
  • Perform trend and variance analysis to identify performance drivers and support operational improvements.
  • Work with stakeholder teams to ensure audit forecasts align with business objectives and organizational changes.
  • Develop proactive implementation, communication, program, change management, and risk mitigation strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical and modeling skills to solve complex business problems and support data-driven decisions.
  • Document business requirements, key project decisions, project governance, and workflow-related processes.
  • Mentor team members and support colleagues’ growth and professional development.
  • Support additional strategic projects and other assigned duties to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance.
  • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management in a cross-functional environment.
  • 2+ years of experience administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, workflow documentation, vendor evaluation support, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience managing, presenting, and owning stakeholder management.
  • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience (preferred).

  • Base salary of $87,188 - $114,434 per year.
