Description

  • Lead end-to-end operational improvement and workflow optimization projects, including collaboration, adoption, and completion.
  • Improve readiness for strategic implementations and technology launches by creating training materials, communications, and knowledge base updates.
  • Partner with business owners to implement procedural countermeasures that eliminate process breaks and manual workarounds.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational issues and drive process fixes.
  • Document requirements and build project plans for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Manage change across business and technical stakeholders during company-wide projects.
  • Mentor team members and support colleague development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in health insurance, health systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience using data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other analytics software is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience using AI tools for process optimization, task automation, or analytical insights is preferred.
