Description

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and on-time delivery.
  • Collect, document, and manage business requirements for operational and process improvement initiatives.
  • Design, optimize, and implement processes and operational improvements that support organizational goals.
  • Create, gather, analyze, and interpret data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance.
  • Help develop departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build implementation, communications, and program strategies for change management and risk mitigation.
  • Document key project decisions and manage project governance across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Apply frameworks and develop risk mitigation strategies for disparate projects occurring at the same time.
  • Mentor team members and support colleagues’ growth and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in operations or health insurance.
  • 3+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up operating and technical procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools (preferred).
  • Experience with Java, HTML, or similar coding languages used to structure web pages and content (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints (preferred).

  • Base salary of $84,240 to $101,565 per year.
