Description

  • Establish the project governance model, including communication channels and decision-making forums with client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary lead for client relationships and expectation management throughout the implementation process.
  • Set clear boundaries with clients to prevent scope creep and negotiate realistic commitments.
  • Define and oversee the end-to-end project timeline from Sales Handover and Discovery through Data Maturation.
  • Create work plans based on validated technical complexity and achievable milestones.
  • Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope and commitments.
  • Monitor project KPIs and run the Voice of the Customer program to track health and value realization.
  • Map risks proactively and lead communication during high-pressure or crisis situations.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success, with the client trained, convinced, and actively using the solution.
  • Evaluate project performance and resolve incidents to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing complex SaaS implementations.
  • Proven success leading relationships with challenging clients and global accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferably a degree in Project Management or equivalent experience in software project management.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Additional languages are a competitive advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to translate client business objectives into a project plan oriented toward ROI.
  • Strong rigor in management methodologies to control scope, timing, and quality.
  • Experience managing high-level stakeholders and negotiating boundaries effectively.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and maintain accountability for results.
