Description

  • Design and implement cloud-native application architectures using Azure services such as App Services, AKS, Functions, and Service Bus.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish governance, security, and cost optimization practices for Azure applications.
  • Enable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code in partnership with DevOps teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
  • Define best practices for architecture design, deployment, and operations.
  • Design highly available, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and lead resolution efforts for cloud-related challenges.
  • Own solution architecture delivery for major clients and support application modernization and migration to Azure.
  • Participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagement, client relationship management, and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience overall.
  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience as an Azure Cloud App Architect.
  • Expertise in designing high-level, enterprise-grade solution architecture.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-native application architecture.
  • Ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, and risks/issues.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Azure Certified Solution Architect certification (AZ-303/304/305).
  • Experience in pre-sales and post-sales client engagement is preferred.
  • Experience building relationships with cloud and alliance partners is preferred.
  • Experience producing white papers, blogs, presentations, or similar thought leadership materials is preferred.
