Description

  • Design core experiences for restaurants, partners, and internal teams across onboarding, reporting, security, APIs, and partner tools.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that scale.
  • Champion product concepts that balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Plan and facilitate research with restaurant owners and staff to build deep domain understanding.
  • Turn research findings into actionable design direction and evidence-based solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Own end-to-end user research initiatives, including planning, facilitation, and synthesis.
  • Break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and peers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
  • Experience designing for web.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a breadth of product design work.
  • Experience designing for B2B experiences or solving highly complex workflows.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience leading end-to-end user research initiatives from planning through synthesis.
  • Previous experience with onboarding is a plus.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and self-direct to deliver on commitments.
  • Experience incorporating AI into workflows to improve and speed up the design process and outcomes.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
  • Ability to apply for the role with a resume, portfolio password, and a PDF or link to an online portfolio.
