Description

  • Design core experiences for restaurants, partners, and internal teams across onboarding, reporting, security, APIs, and partner tools.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Champion product concepts that balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Plan and facilitate research with restaurant owners and staff to understand needs and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into actionable, evidence-based design direction.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.
  • Incorporate AI into design workflows to improve speed and outcomes.
  • Manage communications and collaborate with international colleagues, restaurant partners, and stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
  • Experience designing for web.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a breadth of product design work.
  • Experience designing B2B experiences or solving highly complex workflows.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience leading end-to-end user research initiatives, including planning, facilitation, and synthesis.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
  • Previous experience with integrations and APIs is a plus.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and self-direct to deliver against commitments.
  • Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn from others, and openness to feedback from stakeholders and peers.
  • Ability to include a resume with portfolio password and a PDF or link to an online portfolio when applying.
