Description

  • Design end-to-end campaign and marketing experiences, from campaign creation and targeting to performance insights, optimization, and billing.
  • Shape product systems within a B2B2C ecosystem that support restaurant marketing while preserving a trusted diner experience.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, measurable solutions.
  • Translate marketplace dynamics such as ranking, availability, pricing signals, incentives, and personalization into intuitive self-serve experiences.
  • Make design decisions that balance restaurant ROI, diner value, and long-term platform health.
  • Lead research and discovery with restaurant operators and internal stakeholders to uncover needs, validate hypotheses, and inform strategy.
  • Raise the quality bar for craft, clarity, and systems thinking in a monetization-focused product area.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Own end-to-end user research activities, including planning, facilitation, synthesis, and translation into evidence-based design solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
  • Experience designing B2B2C experiences or solving highly complex workflows.
  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing a breadth of product design work, with an online portfolio and password required when applying.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience leading end-to-end user research initiatives, including planning, facilitation, and synthesis.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and self-direct to deliver against commitments.
  • Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for users.
  • Experience incorporating AI into design workflows to improve speed and outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn from others, and openness to feedback from stakeholders and peers.
