Description

  • Own the end-to-end localisation workflow for sales collateral, including handoffs, formatting checks, and QA approvals with Market Managers.
  • Maintain and organize the sales portal so localised content is current, accessible, and easy for global sales teams to use.
  • Support go-to-market launches by coordinating the technical localisation of creative assets such as product screens and visual content.
  • Facilitate internal reviews, consolidate feedback, and ensure content is brand-compliant and market-ready before launch.
  • Build email campaigns and manage the technical setup of templates and tracking in email marketing tools such as Marketo or SendGrid.
  • Manage website updates in WordPress and build or edit landing pages for regional campaigns.
  • Audit, expand, and maintain the testimonial library in partnership with Market Managers to align quotes with local priorities.
  • Organize video assets, maintain the source of truth for international video content, and support Meta-related campaign tasks.

Requirements

  • Must have permanent, full working rights in the Philippines.
  • Fully remote role based in Manila, Philippines.
  • Experience building and editing landing pages within a CMS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and SendGrid is a significant plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, Figma, Pendo, and Meta Business Suite is highly regarded.
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-market content workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail for QA, formatting, and asset organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive approvals across multiple time zones.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills for B2B content, with ability to improve local relevance and clarity.
  • Ability to think critically, ask clarifying questions, and identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
