Description

  • Participate in solution design and analysis with the implementation project team.
  • Lead or support the overall design and implementation of client solutions to meet business needs.
  • Produce detailed functional design documents that align with client requirements.
  • Co-implement and configure the solution with the project team.
  • Guide clients through implementation of additional system functionality.
  • Identify client problems, opportunities, and risks, and prioritize issues and projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret relevant data to support recommendations and improvements.
  • Conduct client interviews and facility visits to understand operational needs.
  • Work with clients to implement solutions and improve supply chain and logistics performance.
  • Participate in and lead project meetings, as needed, and contribute to internal, pre-sales, and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manhattan Labor Management (MLM) and supply chain consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field/equivalent.
  • Experience with Manhattan Labor Management System (MLM) concepts and configuration.
  • Experience with warehousing and logistics process design and process improvement.
  • Experience with engineered labor standards, preferred.
  • Experience conducting frequency and time studies, preferred.
  • Experience applying labor standards to measure and drive operational improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal direction and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and able to travel up to 50% by airplane and/or car, including overnights.

  • Annual salary range of $65,000 to $145,000, commensurate with skills, experience, certifications, licenses, and other factors.
