Description

  • Conduct client interviews by phone or onsite to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work directly with clients to recommend process, operational, and technology improvements.
  • Produce detailed functional design documents aligned to client requirements.
  • Guide clients through system implementation, including issue identification, risk management, and completion of final implementation checklists.
  • Train client teams after implementation and provide knowledge transfer on modified software.
  • Support clients after go-live to address issues and ensure continued success.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying scope and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in and/or lead project meetings.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, industry events, and marketing activities as needed.
  • Contribute to implementation planning and overall solution design for Manhattan Active WMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Manhattan Active and supply chain implementation consulting.
  • 4 years of experience with Manhattan Active concepts and configuration.
  • Experience using Postman or another API platform with Manhattan Active Active.
  • Demonstrated success with Configuration Strategies, Configuration Director, and MIF.
  • Experience managing Extension Packs and SCI is a plus.
  • Experience with other WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, HighJump, RedPraire, JDA, or Infios (formerly Körber) Warehouse Advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team environment, and perform under pressure with minimal direction.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel up to 50% by air or car, including overnight trips.
