Description

  • Lead the overall application design for client implementation projects.
  • Map client technical and business requirements to solution designs.
  • Work with implementation team members on solution design and analysis.
  • Write technical and functional specifications aligned to client requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications for client development and system integration needs.
  • Provide software configuration, development, and installation support.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Participate in and lead internal and external project meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients during the project to share best practices and guidance.
  • Support pre-sales, industry, and marketing activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 6 years of related experience.
  • 2 years of experience in configuration and custom development in Blue Yonder WMS or another WMS system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal direction and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to live anywhere in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% by airplane and/or car, including overnights.
