Description

  • Contribute to and influence architecture decisions in a TypeScript-based full-stack environment using Node.js and React.
  • Own complex features end-to-end from technical design through development and production release.
  • Build and maintain scalable applications with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS ECS.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate workflows into scalable software solutions.
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience across the platform.
  • Support other engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Actively use AI tools to enhance development workflows and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in production environments.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS and especially ECS or similar services.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering features or initiatives end-to-end.
  • Experience contributing to 0→1 product development.
  • Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Preferred: experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments, AI/ML integrations in production, product-driven or startup environments, and performance optimization or system scalability best practices.
