Description

  • Own full-stack development across React, React Native, and Node.js.
  • Build and maintain scalable mobile and web applications in production.
  • Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product and design to deliver high-impact features.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
  • Integrate AI-driven features and workflow automation where relevant.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong experience with React Native, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Proven experience shipping and maintaining production mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Ability to work across frontend, backend, and integrations.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in remote environments.
  • Experience building AI-powered features or workflow automation is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Experience building SaaS platforms used by nonprofits, government, or workforce organizations is preferred.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
