Description

  • Execute general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Perform monthly and annual financial close procedures.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Work with internal teams to support proper financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with financial audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support implementation and optimization of accounting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS and technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
