Description

  • Provide empathetic support to patients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Guide patients through each step of the at-home sleep study process.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve services and product offerings.
  • Provide administrative support for patient outreach, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the patient experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based on the West Coast US or Hawaii.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Confidence working with digital tools and systems.
  • Experience in healthcare, customer support, or patient care is preferred but not required.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
