Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop the Outreach Coordinator team to deliver strong daily execution and consistent performance.
  • Set daily outreach expectations and conversion goals, and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams.
  • Convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments while maintaining a high-quality member experience.
  • Monitor funnel metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and refine call scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling strategies.
  • Review team performance regularly and provide actionable coaching and skill development.
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights on experiment performance, including recommendations for optimization.
  • Partner with Member Services, Product, and other cross-functional teams to reduce operational friction and improve the member journey.
  • Build a disciplined, high-accountability team culture grounded in empathy, execution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR/BDR team lead, inside sales team lead, or in another frontline outbound sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume outbound activity and driving performance against conversion goals.
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills with the ability to develop early-career team members.
  • Comfort using funnel metrics and activity data to diagnose issues and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized, operationally strong, and motivated by measurable performance improvement.
  • Excitement about improving access, affordability, and experience in healthcare.
  • This role is initially a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend or convert based on outcomes.
